![]() ![]() Although the game initially appears to be a lighthearted dating simulator, it is in fact a metafictional psychological horror game that extensively breaks the fourth wall. Doki Doki Literature Club! features a non-traditional plot structure with multiple endings and unlockable cutscenes with each of the main characters. The story is told from the perspective of a high school student who reluctantly joins the school's literature club on the insistence of his childhood best friend, and is given the option to romantically pursue three of its four female members. From the 6 months I was in the club, we have had Karaoke session, eating out at a Japanese restaurant, going bowling, play at an arcade which has Japanese arcade games, go to anime conventions together, etc.Doki Doki Literature Club! ( DDLC) is a 2017 freeware visual novel developed by American independent game studio Team Salvato for Linux, macOS, and Windows. One good thing my Uni’s Anime club do is that they often arrange other activities other than watching and talking about anime. From my experience that means that the group associated with whoever it is that’s managing the anime club would end up talking more in a “club discussion” and they usually gets quite heated up, leaving little room for others to join in the conversation (you might have to be as heated as them to force your way into the conversation) Too many people in the club means either you get left out when talking about the anime, or you find a group of people who’s in the same wavelength as you and only talk within that group. I guess for me I’m the type that would rather watch at the comfort of my own home, or in a more personal space with at most 2-3 other people. I tried my Uni’s Anime club, but I just can’t seem to enjoy whatever anime we are all watching, even ones that I had previously enjoyed watching. Looking for what show an image came from?
